On  2017 22^nd Dec., the Chief Financial Officer Zhang Dengzhou met the deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia, Yong Caining, in Beijing. They signed the memorandum of ocean information construction and exchanged opinions of CETC launching ocean information construction in Cambodia.  

In recent years, CETC has pushed the national information solution in world market, with solutions covering Cyber Security, E-government, Anti-terrorism, Smart City, Traffic and Ocean Information system.  

Yong Caining and Zhang Dengzhou witnessed that the Ocean Information Research Institute of CETC and the Cambodia Khmer Group signed “ocean information construction memorandum in Cambodia”.

The leading officials of the Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing Ministry, the Commercial Ministry and the Cambodia Khmer Group, and the officials of International Business Department and the Ocean Information and Technology Research Institute of CETC attended this meeting and signing ceremony.
